Specialized practice across
every stage of insolvency

We act alongside the Judiciary, companies and creditors across the different stages of court-supervised reorganization and bankruptcy proceedings and in the diligences determined by law.

01

Court-Supervised Reorganization

We act as the Judicial Administrator appointed by the courts, assisting the Bench in conducting the entire process: preparing expert opinions, verifying claims, consolidating the list of creditors and overseeing the activities of the company under reorganization.

  • Preliminary technical opinion
  • Verification and consolidation of claims
  • Oversight of business activities
  • Organization of creditors' meetings
  • Monthly activity and financial reports
02

Bankruptcy

We assist the Judiciary in conducting the process through to the eventual liquidation and realization of the bankruptcy estate's assets and the payment of creditors, representing the estate and preparing the mandatory reports.

  • Representation of the bankruptcy estate
  • Liquidation and collection of assets
  • Preparation of mandatory reports and opinions
  • Management of the asset realization process
03

Judicial Diligences

In certain cases, the law provides that specific procedural acts be carried out with the assistance of a Judicial Administrator. We act as officers of the court in performing these diligences.

  • Assisting the Court in specific procedural acts
  • Multidisciplinary technical support
  • Speed and precision in proceedings
04

Specialized Consulting

Drawing on the know-how accumulated over years of work in court-supervised reorganizations and bankruptcies, we make ourselves available to companies and other interested parties for the preparation of expert opinions and the provision of prior advisory and consulting services in this area.

  • Pre-litigation assessments and diagnostics
  • Specialized technical opinions
  • Strategic advice to companies and creditors
  • Guidance on reorganization feasibility

A team structured
along multidisciplinary lines

We bring together professionals from the fields of Law, Administration, Accounting and Economics, able to respond to appointments in the judicial districts of São Luís, the metropolitan region and the other regions of the State.
